Senior Associate - Medical Billing

Overview:

This role involves end-to-end client support and operational management within a healthcare software environment. The position is responsible for setting up new provider databases in PracticeSuite, maintaining and updating CRM systems, and managing client support through the HubSpot ticketing platform. In addition, the role requires effective communication with internal departments and clients via email, as well as generating and publishing monthly usage reports for accounting and business analysis purposes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth client onboarding, support, and reporting operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Creating New Database in Practicesuite for Providers (Clients),
• Updating and Maintaining CRM, Working on HubSpot Ticketing system to resolve existing Client’s issue and any new requirements,
• Also Needs to work on Emails from Other department and Clients, Generating Monthly Usage reports and Publishing for Accounting Purpose.

Qualification:

• At least 5-year experience in US Medical Billing Domain, Good writing and Communication skill.
