Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate – Internal Audit (ICFR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, testing, and enhancing internal controls in compliance with ICFR/SOX standards while driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform internal controls testing in line with ICFR/SOX requirements.
Assess and improve control frameworks (e.g., COSO) and risk assessment methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and control enhancements.
Support audit planning, execution, and reporting for ICFR-related projects.
Utilize data analytics tools to enhance control testing efficiency (where applicable).

Qualifications & Skills:

Professional qualification: CPA, ACCA, or CA (CIA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in internal controls, ICFR/SOX implementation, or testing.
Strong understanding of ICFR frameworks, control testing approaches, and risk assessment.
Proficiency in data analytics tools (added advantage).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
