Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate at Wns Global Network Services Limited in Gurugram. The Senior Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as engaging with customers. Qualifications ■ User Support Agents engage directly with Users to provide support and answer enquiries. ■ Answer phone calls, chat, and emails to identify and troubleshoot issues Users face when using Products ■ In providing the Services, meet and exceed the service levels and respective targets set forth in this SOW, including all metrics governing customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality. ■ Utilize support tools and resources necessary to provide the Services at a high level, including email, chat, telephone, and required internal tools. ■ Proactively identify improvements to the Products, identify bugs and otherwise determine high-impact opportunities to enhance the User experience. ■ All other requirements as set forth by Stripe, minimum 1 year of work experience■ Salary from 5.5 LPA to 7 LPA depending on the interview.
