We are seeking a skilled Automation Selenium Framework Developer to join our Advisory Corporate team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building, maintaining, and enhancing automated testing frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and related technologies. This role involves collaborating closely with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Selenium automation frameworks for web applications.
• Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines leveraging tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
• Develop data-driven, hybrid, or BDD frameworks using TestNG, Cucumber, or JUnit.
• Perform cross-browser testing and ensure compatibility across different environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering, defect identification, and problem resolution.
• Analyze and debug test failures, generate detailed reports, and maintain test documentation.
• Lead efforts in improving test automation processes and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in test automation and software quality assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing automation frameworks (BDD, data-driven, hybrid).
• Experience with API automation testing tools is a plus.
• Understanding of continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Git.
• Proficient with test management and reporting tools like TestNG, Allure, or Extent Reports.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
