Senior Associate- Influencer Marketing

As a Senior Associate – Influencer Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in executing influencer-led campaigns from start to finish. You will be responsible for influencer shortlisting, coordination, brief dissemination, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns across social media platforms. This role requires someone who is highly organized, a strong communicator, and passionate about the creator ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand brand briefs and assist the strategy/planning team in identifying the right set of influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and others.
• Research and scout influencers based on campaign requirements (region, language, content type, audience fit, etc.)
• Maintain relationships with influencers and content creators for ongoing and future collaboration.
• Share creative briefs with selected influencers and ensure they are clearly understood and followed.
• Coordinate with influencers for content timelines, shoot requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure smooth execution of campaigns by tracking deliverables, collecting content, and ensuring timely posting as per brand timelines.
• Assist in campaign reporting by collecting live links, screenshots, engagement metrics, and compiling them into performance reports.
• Coordinate internally with Pricing, Planning, and Account Management teams for end-to-end campaign execution.
• Handle basic client communication and support senior team members in project management.
• Maintain accurate data in internal tools and dashboards.
