Senior Associate – Influencer Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Management

• Manage influencer marketing campaigns from planning to final delivery, ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with the strategy and planning team to identify the right influencers for brand campaigns.
• Brief influencers/creators about campaign objectives, content guidelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor influencer content, ensuring quality, brand alignment, and timely posting.
• Track campaign performance and provide detailed reports with key insights.

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their campaign goals and ensuring smooth execution.
• Share regular campaign updates with clients, addressing feedback and resolving issues proactively.
• Support in client presentations, campaign proposals, and strategy discussions.

Influencer & Creator Coordination

• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
• Negotiate deliverables and timelines with influencers to align with client budgets and expectations.
• Ensure influencers adhere to agreed-upon contracts, timelines, and content guidelines.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI for each campaign.
• Deliver post-campaign analysis and actionable insights to clients.
• Identify opportunities for optimization in future campaigns.
