Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect specializing in the F&B, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), and Hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in conceptual design, detailed drawings, MEP coordination, 2D & 3D design development, and project execution. This role demands the ability to translate business requirements into innovative, functional, and brand-aligned architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead the design and development of F&B, QSR, and hospitality projects from concept to execution.

 Prepare conceptual layouts, schematic drawings, 2D & 3D presentations, and detailed working drawings.  Coordinate with MEP consultants, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.

 Ensure brand identity, functionality, and customer experience are integrated into all design deliverables.  Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure compliance with drawings and standards.

 Manage BOQs, material specifications, and project timelines in alignment with business objectives.

 Stay updated on industry trends, innovative materials, technologies, and sustainability practices.

 Mentor and guide junior architects/designers within the team.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

 Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the F&B/QSR/Hospitality industry.

 Experience with multi-location rollouts, restaurant/café chains, or hospitality brands is highly desirable.  Registration with the Council of Architecture (CoA) preferred.
