• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office
• Knowledge of materials, detailing, and technical drawings
• Experience with commercial, retail, or residential interiors is a plus

KeyResponsibilities:

• Develop interior concepts and layouts
• Prepare detailed working drawings, sections, and elevations
• Generate 3D visuals, walkthroughs, and client presentations
• Prepare and manage BOQs and material specifications
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure design accuracy on-ground
• Source and finalize materials, finishes, and vendors
• Conduct site visits for progress review and quality control
• Ensure all designs comply with safety and regulatory standards
