Job Description

Benori is looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Services Marketing Professional with 3–5 years of experience in high-volume, multi-geo campaigns spanning India, the US and UAE markets. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in omni-channel digital marketing, hands-on with modern tools, and capable of driving measurable lead generation and brand visibility across channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the team running

    multi-geo, high-volume email campaigns

     using tools such as Apollo to drive prospecting and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize

    LinkedIn campaigns

    for B2B audiences across international markets.
  • Develop and implement

    SEO strategies

     aligned with evolving AI-driven practices to boost organic reach.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to design and deliver

    Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives

    targeting key clients in India, the US and UAE.
  • Manage website content, landing pages, and ensure SEO/UX best practices.
  • Create, curate, and distribute impactful

    content marketing assets

     including blogs, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Monitor marketing performance through

    analytics tools

     (Google Analytics, Zoho CRM, Zoho Pagesense, etc.) and deliver actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Coordinate marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, and campaign reporting.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing and AI innovations to proactively adopt new practices.

 

Desired Skills & Expertise

  • Proven experience in

    email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing (LinkedIn), and SEO

     with a focus on Lead generation for B2B services.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in

    Apollo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

    ,

    CRM platforms (Zoho or similar)

    ,

    marketing analytics/optimization tools

     (GA, Zoho Pagesense, Hotjar, etc.), and

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Good understanding of

    ABM strategies

     tailored to international audiences.
  • Experience in managing websites (WordPress or equivalent CMS preferred).
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to craft compelling marketing narratives.
  • Exposure to

    India, US and UAE markets

     strongly preferred.
  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
