Benori (www.benori.com) is looking for a Assistant Manager with minimum 7+ years of experience in the research domain for the CPG/FMCG vertical with the ability to identify, structure and lead a variety of custom research assignments for clients. The position is based in Gurgaon. Key Responsibilities: Project scoping, requirement assessment and problem structuring Understanding clients’ specific research requirements and coming up with solutions Designing research approach using both secondary and primary research methodologies Data analysis, insight generation and presentation in various formats (PowerPoint, Excel) Thinking creatively throughout a project to overcome bottlenecks and providing thought-leadership Representative projects will include: (a) Market landscape studies (b) Industry monitoring (c) Opportunity assessment (d) Competitive benchmarking (e) Demand-supply intelligence (f) Trend analysis Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline Experience in verticals such as Chemicals, Food & beverages, Home & personal care, etc. on projects involving secondary and primary research and generating insights from data Minimum of four years’ experience in managing projects and teams Strong analytical ability and attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation skills Excited about working in a start-up as part of a fast-paced and rapidly evolving team Show more Show less
