Job Description

What can you expect?
The candidate in this role will be responsible for configuring/testing and getting configured/tested, medium configuration/testing items and is able to perform this kind of activities without supervision or minimal guidance in good quality standard. Ownership is at client level and responsibility is around making sure the configuration/testing work stream is being delivered according to project plan timelines and in the agreed quality metrics.
  • Implement medium requirements by translating them into Solutions
  • Design, build and perform unit testing on medium outbound and inbound interface ( Janus and non-Janus based reports e.g. Payroll report, provider report, automation of reports used internally)
  • Follow quality standards according to quality objectives
  • Ensure that configuration/QA best practice is followed throughout the project.
  • Perform unit testing of all configurations assigned in the time specified on the Work Request before releasing to the stakeholder (internal / external)
  • Be responsible of assigned work request flow through out its’ entire life cycle
  • Manage projects by following the internal methodology, with focus on the 'Design & Configuration' phase, by using templates and the process flow described on Confluence
  • Complete Pre UAT & Pre-Go Live work (windows, test users, checklists, etc.) and actively supports this phase of a project to ensure successful completion
  • Performing checks on in-flight projects to ensure quality
  • Perform configuration/testing fix related to incidents happening In Project.
  • Utilization Rate (Client Work) at least 85%

What you need to have:Knowledge & Skills:
  • Knowledge of QA/ consultation work will be good to have.
  • Knowledge of automation utilities and their hands on usage preffered.
  • Use JIRA to raise work requests for the implementation team to configure,
  • Interface with other teams (Tech PM, System Configuration Team, Administration Team (Product Support, Interface Support teams) for optimal service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Provide status reporting and issue escalation to Squad Lead and Delivery Lead.
  • Identify documents and manages project risks, open items, schedules, scope, and priorities.
  • Quantitative, fact-based approach to decision making
  • Effective Time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
