Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Agency Manager based in Bengaluru with some work from home acceptable. The Senior Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of insurance agents, setting and achieving sales targets, developing training programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role includes building strong client relationships, conducting market research, and implementing strategies to drive business growth. Qualifications \n Experience in team management, leadership, and mentoring skills Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong understanding of insurance products and regulatory requirements Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
