Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Agency Manager located in Kozhikode. The Senior Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting and training agents, driving sales through the agency channel, developing strategies to achieve business targets, managing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additional tasks include mentoring agents, monitoring their performance, and providing support to maximize their productivity and effectiveness. Qualifications Experience in recruiting, training, and managing agents Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Strong understanding of the insurance industry and market trends Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in monitoring agent performance and providing mentorship Proficient in using CRM and sales tracking tools Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field Experience in the life insurance industry is a plus Show more Show less
