Senior Accounts Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary:

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations of the real estate firm, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective management of funds. The role involves handling project-wise accounting, vendor payments, budgeting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain project-wise cost sheets, sales tracking, and collection reports.
• Handle taxation matters including TDS, GST, and statutory filings.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare budgets, cash flow statements, and MIS reports for management review.
• Monitor client receivables and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Manage vendor accounts and ensure timely payments.
• Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and other applicable real estate financial regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA / MBA Finance preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
