Contracts & Billing Executive – Real Estate

Job Summary:

The Contracts & Billing Executive will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, verification, and management of all project-related contracts and bills. The role involves coordinating with site and accounts teams to ensure accurate billing, timely certification, and proper documentation in line with company policies and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process contractor and vendor bills based on work progress and approved measurements.
• Assist in drafting and maintaining project contracts, work orders, and agreements.
• Verify quantities, rates, and supporting documents before submitting bills for approval.
• Coordinate with project, site, and accounts teams for work certification and payment processing.
• Maintain up-to-date billing records, work order details, and payment schedules.
• Support in preparing cost statements, reconciliation reports, and project MIS.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Handle documentation related to tenders, rate analysis, and contract amendments.
• Assist in audits and provide necessary billing documentation as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in contracts and billing within the real estate or construction industry.
• Sound understanding of project billing, contracts, and work order processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and basic ERP/project software.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage timelines and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
