Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance and audits. The role involves overseeing accounts, supervising junior staff, and coordinating with management for financial control and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including AR, AP, and general ledger.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage GST filings, TDS returns, and statutory compliance.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, cash flow, and ledger scrutiny.
• Ensure accurate inventory and cost accounting.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting (CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in accounting (hospitality/F&B experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in multi-outlet café or restaurant accounting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
