Job Title: Counter Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Counter Sales Executive to manage customer interactions at the sales counter. The role involves billing, order taking, product promotion, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately at the counter.
• Handle billing and POS transactions (cash, UPI, card payments).
• Promote café/food items and support upselling and add-on sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter area.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and shift reconciliation.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for order preparation.
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely.
• Maintain product displays and menu boards.
• Follow company SOPs and service standards.

Required Qualifications

• 10th / 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
• 0–2 years of experience in counter sales, cashiering, or customer service (food/café experience preferred).
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing.
• Good communication skills (English + local language).
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Customer-friendly attitude and positive personality.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player with good coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,975.60 - ₹15,000.08 per month

Expected hours: 36 per week
