Senior Accounts Executive

The Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations for an electronics distribution company, with a focus on import transactions. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling GST and customs compliance, and supporting management in financial planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Record and reconcile all accounting transactions including invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain ledgers, trial balance, and generate monthly financial statements.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Manage vendor payments, including international suppliers.
• Follow up on receivables from distributors, retailers, and other customers.
• Reconcile import invoices, LC payments, and bank transactions.
• Import & International Trade Support
• Handle accounting for import shipments, including customs duties, freight, and insurance.
• Ensure compliance with foreign exchange regulations and import documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customs for smooth import operations.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare reports on budget vs actual, cash flow, and cost analysis.
• Assist management in financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Compliance & Statutory Duties
• Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Support audits and provide documentation for regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com), Finance, or related field.
• 4–10 years of accounting experience in electronics distribution, trading, or import-based businesses.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, ERP).
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, customs duties, and import regulations.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
• Good communication skills and team collaboration.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 per year
