Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Account Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Haridwar. The Senior Account Executive will oversee key account management, establish and maintain relationships with customers, generate new leads, and ensure client satisfaction. The role involves preparing proposals and contracts, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress reports. As a representative of TechFab, the Senior Account Executive will also participate in industry events to promote the company's innovative geosynthetic solutions and expand its client base.

Qualifications

  • Strong account management skills, including experience in building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in market research, lead generation, and business development strategies.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within internal teams and across departments to meet organizational objectives.
  • Understanding of geosynthetics and the civil engineering sector is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, with relevant experience in a similar role.
