Position: Senior Accounts Executive

Department: Finance & Accounts

Employment Type: Full-time (Work from office)

Experience Required: 4–7 years in accounting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

3. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

4. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, including returns filing.

5. Monitor inventory accounting, costing, and stock reconciliation for the company.

6. Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for smooth audit processes.

7. Support management with MIS reporting, cash flow statements, and analytical reports.

8. Ensure timely vendor payments and customer follow-ups for outstanding dues.

9. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or higher (M.Com / MBA Finance preferred).

2. Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP/ Zoho systems.

3. Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance for manufacturing units.

4. Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).

5. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
