Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and MIS reporting, along with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger updates, and reconciliations
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filing of returns (26Q, 24Q, etc.)
Assist in the preparation of MIS reports for management decision-making
Maintain and update records related to vendors, invoices, and payments
Perform bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and expense tracking
Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws
Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during audits

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting roles
Solid knowledge of TDS and GST regulations and processes
Strong experience with MIS reporting and data analysis
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.)
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Good communication and organizational skills.
