Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Finalisation
• Independently manage accounting functions up to finalisation of accounts for audit
• Understanding of the revenue recognition and generation of timely invoices
• Receivables and Payables management, Reconciliation of ledgers, bank accounts, and other control accounts
• Preparation of trial balance, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets
• Compliance Management
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C)
• TDS returns filing and reconciliation using Winman TDS
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory deadlines and obligations
• MIS & Reporting
• Preparation and analysis of Management Information System (MIS) reports
• Generate periodic reports for financial review, tax planning, and audit support
• Team Supervision & Coordination
• Lead a team of 3–5 juniors; guide, mentor and review their work
• Monitor task allocation, ensure deliverables are met within deadlines
• Foster a culture of accountability and high performance
• Client Interaction & Engagement
• Act as the primary point of contact for allocated clients
• Understand client business processes and provide advisory support
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Technology and Process Improvement
• Efficient use of Tally ERP 9, Tally Prime, Winman CA ERP, and Winman TDS
• Advanced usage of MS Excel – pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data validation, etc.
• Leverage AI tools for data analysis, automation, and report generation
• Identify and implement process optimisation, digitalisation, and automation initiatives

Skill Set & Competencies Required

Technical Skills

• Proficient in:
• Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
• Winman CA ERP and TDS Software
• GST and Income Tax Portals
• MS Excel (Advanced Level)
• Use of AI tools for financial data processing, reporting, and workflow automation
• Sound knowledge of:
• GST Law and TDS provisions
• Accounting standards and finalisation procedures
• Compliance requirements under Income Tax and GST

Behavioural & Leadership Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage and develop junior staff
• High level of ownership and accountability for tasks
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
