About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant Manager to oversee and manage the accounting and finance functions at SK Translines. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, and overall accounting management, with the ability to handle end-to-end finance operations and support management in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including sales, purchase, expenses, and bank transactions.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP.
• Handle GST returns, TDS, professional tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
• Handle reconciliation of bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Supervise and guide junior accountants/executives in the accounts team.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and legal requirements.
• Provide management with reports and analysis to support strategic decisions.

Key Requirements

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Experience: 2–5 years in accounting/finance (transport or logistics industry preferred).
• Must have hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
• Strong knowledge of GST filing, returns, and compliance.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
