Senior Accountant

Roles and Responsibility:-

• Preparing and maintaining financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Creating regular reports (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) for internal and Outside parties.

• Maintaining the general ledger, reconciling accounts, and preparing month-end close procedures.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of assets, liabilities, and equity.

• Preparing and filing tax returns for individuals or businesses.

• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

• Advising on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

• Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Identifying and reducing financial risks and irregularities.

• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.

• Managing the accounts payable process, including vendor payments and expense reimbursements.

• Maintain accurate records of payment collection and update accounting software accordingly.

• Manage Accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.

• Coordinating semi-annual audits, and providing information for auditors

• Coordinate with sales and finance teams to resolve payment issues and Errors.

• Providing insights and recommendations based on financial data.

• Recommending ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue.

• Providing cost-related data to support pricing strategies and operational decisions.

• Monitor financial performance and variances against budgets and forecasts.

• Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

• Provide training and support to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience:-

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (M.com or MBA preferred).

Who Can Apply: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Account management, or a related role.

Tools to Use: Tally Prime is compulsory , Microsoft Office

Skills: GST, TDS, Auditing, Taxation, Bank Recognition

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
