Roles and Responblity:
Lead Generation and Prospecting
· Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Sales Presentations and Demos
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
· Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and interests of each client.
Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
· Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues promptly.
Sales Strategy and Planning
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
· Work closely with the sales manager to create sales plans and set performance goals.
Reporting and Documentation
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
· Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for management review.
Event Participation and Networking
· Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
· Build and expand professional networks to support business development efforts.
Who Can Apply
