As we expand, we seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and contribute to the company's financial success. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Reporting: ✅ Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations , including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations. ✅ Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and MIS dashboards for management review. ✅ Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies . ✅ Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and variance analysis to improve financial efficiency. Taxation & Compliance: ✅ Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings , ensuring timely submissions. ✅ Ensure adherence to audit requirements and regulatory compliance . ✅ Liaise with internal and external auditors , preparing financial records and documentation as required. Cash Flow & Risk Management: ✅ Monitor and manage cash flow, banking transactions, and fund allocations . ✅ Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies and fraud. ✅ Identify areas for cost optimization and financial efficiency . Collaboration & Process Improvement: ✅ Work closely with the management, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations. ✅ Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. ✅ Continuously improve accounting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Requirements: ✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (CA Inter, ICWA, or CPA preferred) ✔ Minimum 5-8 years of experience in accounting & finance , preferably in the retail or FMCG industry . ✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance regulations. ✔ Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills . ✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills . ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment , handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. ✔ High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach .
