As we expand, we seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and contribute to the company's financial success. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Reporting: ✅ Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations , including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations. ✅ Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and MIS dashboards for management review. ✅ Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies . ✅ Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and variance analysis to improve financial efficiency. Taxation & Compliance: ✅ Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings , ensuring timely submissions. ✅ Ensure adherence to audit requirements and regulatory compliance . ✅ Liaise with internal and external auditors , preparing financial records and documentation as required. Cash Flow & Risk Management: ✅ Monitor and manage cash flow, banking transactions, and fund allocations . ✅ Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies and fraud. ✅ Identify areas for cost optimization and financial efficiency . Collaboration & Process Improvement: ✅ Work closely with the management, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations. ✅ Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. ✅ Continuously improve accounting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Requirements: ✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (CA Inter, ICWA, or CPA preferred) ✔ Minimum 5-8 years of experience in accounting & finance , preferably in the retail or FMCG industry . ✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance regulations. ✔ Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills . ✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills . ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment , handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. ✔ High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach . We are currently expanding and are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and contribute to the company's financial success. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and MIS dashboards for management review. It will be your duty to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies. Additionally, you will assist in budget preparation, cost control, and variance analysis to enhance financial efficiency. In terms of taxation and compliance, you will manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings to ensure timely submissions. Your role will also involve adherence to audit requirements and regulatory compliance, as well as liaising with internal and external auditors.
