Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & ReportingMaintain and oversee all accounting ledgers, journals, and financial transactions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer accounts. Monitor company cash flow, expenses, and financial health. Accounts Payable & ReceivableManage vendor payments, purchase bills, and supplier accounts. Oversee customer invoicing, collection follow-ups, and credit control. Review and approve payment requests and expense reports. Billing & DocumentationPrepare project-wise billing, RA bills, GST bills, and ensure proper documentation. Maintain accurate records of financial documents, ledgers, and vouchers. Taxation & ComplianceEnsure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance. Work with auditors for yearly audits and provide all required information. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and government regulations. Financial Planning & ControlsMonitor budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management. Implement internal controls and improve financial processes. Team CoordinationCoordinate with procurement, project, and management teams for financial updates. Supervise junior accountants or assistants (if any). Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. 4–10+ years of experience in accounting (preferably in construction/interior industry). Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.). Excellent Excel skills and financial reporting skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities. High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
