Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Tally and Microsoft Excel, possess strong analytical abilities, and have excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and statements.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Process GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Prepare MIS reports and perform data analysis using Advanced Excel.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.Com / M.Com (Accounting, Finance, or related field).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting or finance.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Tally (Tally ERP / Tally Prime).
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, reporting).
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Other Skills:
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
