Job Description

Accounting & Compliance Operations: End-to-end accounting for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Invoicing & Documentation: Prepare and issue customer invoices in line company policy. Generate and manage E-Way Bills as per GST requirements. Ensure invoices are GST/TDS compliant and maintain proper records for audit. Accounts Payable: Process vendor bills, verify supporting documents, manage payment cycles, and ensure proper accounting of expenses. Accounts Receivable: Record customer payments, track outstanding dues, and actively follow up for recovery of receivables. Reconcile customer accounts and ensure timely collection. Banking Transactions: Post and reconcile all bank transactions, monitor fund flows, and ensure proper documentation. Reconciliations: Regularly reconcile bank accounts, vendor ledgers, customer ledgers, inter-company accounts, and GST/TDS ledgers. Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely calculation, deduction, and deposit of TDS. File GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory reports accurately and on schedule. Maintain proper documentation for tax assessments and inspections. ROC Compliance: Coordinate with Company Secretaries for ROC filings, annual returns, and other compliance matters. Audit Support: Prepare schedules, ledgers, and reconciliations required for statutory, internal, and tax audits. Liaise with auditors to ensure smooth and timely completion of audits. Reporting & Controls: Prepare MIS reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Variance Analysis, and other management reports. Support in budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books. Track and monitor working capital, receivables, and payables position. Banking & Financial Operations: Coordinate with banks for fund transfers, loan documentation, and routine transactions. Manage banking compliances, KYC renewals, and related documentation. Coordination & Administration: Work closely with auditors, consultants, vendors, customers, and company secretaries to ensure smooth operations. Maintain organized documentation for contracts, agreements, and financial records. Provide support for any other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
