Job Description

End-to-End Accounting:

Handle complete accounting operations for real estate projects, including entries, reconciliations, MIS, and preparation of financial statements.
Manage and oversee the finalization of accounts as per statutory requirements.

Taxation & Compliance:

Be well-versed with all taxation rules applicable to the real estate industry (GST, TDS, RERA-related finance aspects, etc.).
Ensure timely statutory filings and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Team Leadership:

Lead, guide, and supervise the accounting team.
Review team tasks, ensure accuracy, and provide necessary training/support.

Core Management Support:

Act as a core team member supporting senior management in financial decision-making.
Provide accurate financial insights to help drive organizational growth.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments.

Financial Controls & Reporting:

Develop and maintain strong internal financial controls.
Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS, cash flow statements, budgets, and variance reports.
