Senior Accountant

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, and coordination activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the finance and management teams in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Reconciliation: Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Invoicing & Billing: Manage invoicing, receipts, and payment processing in coordination with internal departments.
• Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Coordination: Collaborate with other departments such as Front office, Pharmacy , Laboratory, Purchase and sales to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: M.Com / MBA in Finance.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (such as Tally, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Good understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and audit procedures.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
