Senior Accountant

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with Ind AS.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely closure of accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.

Banking & Cash Flow Management

• Manage all banking operations, reconciliations, and fund movements.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Coordinate with banks for credit facilities, LC/BG, and guarantees.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of returns, challans, and reconciliations.
• Manage tax audits, assessments, notices, and liaison with authorities.

Audit & Compliance

• Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Prepare audit schedules and ensure closure of observations.
• Strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Monitor costs and recommend cost-optimization measures.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

• Supervise junior accounting staff.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications

• MBA / Master’s in Finance or Accounting

   from a recognized institution

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 

  10 years of relevant experience

   in accounting, finance, taxation, and audits
• Prior experience in 

  logistics, freight, infrastructure, shipping, or EPC sectors

   preferred
• Strong knowledge of 

  GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliances

• Proficiency in 

  ERP systems, accounting software, and MS Excel

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
