Job Description :
● Manage daily accounting: sales, purchases, expenses, journals, and reconciliations in Zoho Books. ● Maintain accurate books for project costs, R&D spends, fixed assets, and inventory.
● Handle full GST lifecycle: filings (monthly/quarterly), reconciliations (GSTR-1/3B/2B), e-invoicing, and e-way bills.
● Manage TDS: deductions, payments, returns, and 26AS reconciliations.
● Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, and balance sheet schedules; support project-wise profitability tracking.
● Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits with timely documentation.
● Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and compliance processes aligned with defence-tech operations and contracts.
Must Haves
● B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter with 5–10 years of accounting experience.
● Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and corporate tax compliance.
● Mandatory hands-on experience with Zoho Books; solid Excel skills.
● Exposure to manufacturing, defence, or tech environments
