Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Kalamasserry Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: Mid-level (3-5 years) About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email, SEO, content marketing). Manage day-to-day performance marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, remarketing, and paid social media (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and CRM platforms. Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Optimize website content for SEO and improve the overall digital user experience. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices, and implement new tactics as needed. Work closely with the sales and product teams to align digital strategies with business goals. Qualifications: 3-5 years of digital marketing experience in a similar role or industry. Proven experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics and/or other analytics tools. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Preferred Skills: Google Ads or HubSpot certifications. Experience with A/B testing tools like Optimizely or Google Optimize. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or B2B marketing funnels.
