Key Result Areas (KRAs) HR Strategy & Policy Implementation Implement and manage HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks aligned with business objectives. Act as an HR partner to leadership and department heads. Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, finance, operations, and project roles. Coordinate manpower planning, hiring timelines, and recruitment partners. Ensure structured onboarding, induction, and probation confirmations. HR Operations & Payroll Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and HR MIS. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of salaries, reimbursements, and benefits. Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR systems. Performance Management Drive performance appraisal processes, goal setting, and review cycles. Support performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives. Compliance & Statutory Management Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements. Manage PF, ESIC, gratuity, professional tax, and other statutory obligations. Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and authorities when required. Employee Relations & Engagement Handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes. Drive employee engagement, communication initiatives, and culture-building activities. Promote ethical conduct and a positive workplace environment. Learning & Development Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs. Qualifications & Skills Educational Qualifications MBA / Master’s in Human Resources / Personnel Management HR certifications or labor law knowledge will be an added advantage Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance Experience in logistics, infrastructure, EPC, or project-based organizations preferred Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and MS Excel Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism

The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to finance, exceptional command over Excel, and the ability to manage high-level coordination, confidential information, and fast-paced executive requirements. Key Result Areas (KRAs) Executive & Administrative Support Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, travel schedules, and follow-ups. Act as a primary point of coordination between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings (MoMs), action trackers, and reminders. Financial & Data Support Assist in preparing financial summaries, reports, presentations, and dashboards. Track expenses, budgets, and financial data as required by the Chairman.
