🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the

    strategic partner

    and trusted advisor to clients across digital transformation, tech, and creative mandates.
  • Lead

    end-to-end account management

    , ensuring timely and flawless project delivery across teams (Web, UI/UX, SEO, Content, Performance Marketing, and Design).
  • Define clear objectives, success metrics, and actionable roadmaps for every client engagement.
  • Develop and present

    strategic business proposals, digital growth plans, and performance reports.

  • Collaborate with internal tech, design, and media teams to align creative and technical outputs with client goals.
  • Identify

    upsell and cross-sell opportunities

    across Schbang’s service ecosystem.
  • Maintain a sharp eye on emerging

    digital trends, martech, and creative innovations

    to inform client strategies.
  • Manage escalations, ensure proactive communication, and build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Drive strategic initiatives that strengthen Schbang’s position as a

    leading creative-tech partner.


🧠 What We’re Looking For

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in

    client servicing, account strategy, or digital transformation roles

    — ideally within a digital, tech, or creative agency.
  • Deep understanding of

    digital marketing, UI/UX, web development, SEO, and performance media.

  • Strong

    strategic thinking

    and the ability to translate client business challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Exceptional

    communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

    — confident interacting with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of

    client relationship management

    and achieving revenue or retention targets.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in

    analytics tools

    (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) and understanding of

    digital KPIs and ROI metrics.

  • A passion for innovation and a mindset that combines creativity with business logic.
