Job Description

As a Senior Account Strategist at Schbang Mumbai, your role will involve being the primary strategic lead and point of contact for clients. You will translate business challenges into impactful digital solutions across various areas such as tech, media, performance, design, and content. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through digital transformation, tech, and creative mandates. - Leading end-to-end account management to ensure timely and flawless project delivery across different teams such as Web, UI/UX, SEO, Content, Performance Marketing, and Design. - Defining clear objectives, success metrics, and actionable roadmaps for each client engagement. - Developing and presenting strategic business proposals, digital growth plans, and performance reports. - Collaborating with internal tech, design, and media teams to align creative and technical outputs with client goals. - Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within Schbang's service ecosystem. - Staying updated on emerging digital trends, martech, and creative innovations to inform client strategies. - Managing escalations, maintaining proactive communication, and building strong, long-term client relationships. - Driving strategic initiatives that enhance Schbang's position as a leading creative-tech partner. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 3 to 4 years of experience in client servicing, account strategy, or digital transformation roles, preferably within a digital, tech, or creative agency. - Deep understanding of digital marketing, UI/UX, web development, SEO, and performance media. - Strong strategic thinking skills to translate client business challenges into actionable solutions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for interactions with CXOs and senior stakeholders. - Proven track record in client relationship management and achieving revenue or retention targets. - High organizational skills, collaboration abilities, and comfort in managing multiple projects concurrently. - Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and understanding of digital KPIs and ROI metrics. - A passion for innovation and a mindset that combines creativity with business logic.
