As a Digital Media Planner at EssenceMediacom, located in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for planning digital media strategies for market-leading brands with a cult-like following. Your role will involve a deep understanding of digital media, including performance media such as search, social, and affiliates. Reporting to the Director - Digital, you will have the opportunity to work on a global stage with cult brands and play a key role in evangelizing tech innovation to drive efficiencies. In this role, you will work towards introducing digital channels across various media platforms and optimizing the performance media mix for existing clients. In the initial three months, you will collaborate with various stakeholders in the digital ecosystem and implement digital channels to enhance client performance. By the sixth month, you will have gained experience in pitching digital products to clients effectively and working with a diverse team of media buyers and planners. Within a year, you are expected to become a champion in digital marketing solutions, proficient in the latest trading techniques, and adept at managing partnerships with publishers and channel partners.
