Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Experience required: 8–10 years.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of hands-on experience in managing financial systems, compliance, and reporting, with a strong command over accounting principles and software tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Liaise with banks, vendors, and government authorities.
• Implement and maintain accounting systems and controls.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance preferred).
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or service industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

• Cuttack, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
