Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month
Software Knowledge: Proficient in SAP (mandatory)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Account Manager to oversee and manage the company’s financial records and reporting systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive accounting experience, strong leadership skills, and hands-on expertise in SAP software to lead and streamline financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions using SAP.
• Maintain compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; prepare necessary documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide junior accounting staff.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support business objectives.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15 years of proven accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
• Strong proficiency in SAP accounting software (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
