Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and highly creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
• Manage and grow company presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
