Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate accounting, compliance, and timely reporting. Your key responsibilities include:

• Financial Management & Reporting
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial performance to management.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial targets, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Supervise the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices and collections.
• Maintain proper documentation and reconciliation of accounts.
• Compliance & Audits
• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, tax compliance, and corporate governance standards.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Team Leadership & Supervision
• Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure smooth workflow within the department.
• Financial Analysis & Controls
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and optimize financial processes.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Maintain healthy relationships with banks, auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely resolution of financial queries and discrepancies.
• Process Improvement & Strategy
• Recommend and implement improvements in accounting processes and systems.
• Support management in strategic planning, cost optimization, and financial decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
