Job Description- Senior Executive- Accounts

We are seeking a Senior Executive – Accounts with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and review monthly reconciliation reports and ensure accuracy of all financial data.
• Support in budgeting and forecasting, monitoring variances, and assisting in corrective measures.
• Handle bank reconciliations and maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for expense classification, approvals, and reporting accuracy.
• Assist in tax filings, statutory compliance, and audit preparations.
• Conduct periodic internal checks to ensure adherence to accounting controls and identify improvement areas.
• Stay updated with accounting principles, taxation laws, and regulatory changes.
• Provide financial insights and reports to management as and when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Tally, accounting software, and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹35,882.08 - ₹50,908.77 per month
