Senior Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with over 5 years of hands-on experience in managing comprehensive accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and ensure timely statutory filings (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide support during audits.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and statutory norms.
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Handle inventory accounting, if applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Prior experience in the HVAC pipes or manufacturing industry is a plus.

• Familiarity with taxation and compliance-related activities.
