Senior Account Executive

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our Accounts Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Department

- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements

- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts

- Supervise and mentor junior staff members in the department

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency

- Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
