Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Implement and update HR policies in line with statutory and organizational requirements. Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management. Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions. Conduct performance management cycles including appraisals and reviews. Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
