Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including journals, ledgers, and trial balances. Assist in preparation and review of financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Support in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Process purchase invoices and payments, verifying supporting documents. Assist in the preparation of tax returns, including GST, TDS, and other relevant filings. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash and bank records. Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in preparing various reports for management, including financial analysis and budget tracking. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Handle routine correspondence related to accounting matters. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar). Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other relevant tax laws and regulations. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of basic formulas and functions). Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
