Job Summary:

The Accountant at Human Care International will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing billing and collections, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting management in financial planning and decision-making. The role involves close coordination with the operations and HR teams to track expenses, client billing, and vendor payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally or ERP systems.

Handle client billing, invoice preparation, and follow-ups for payments.

Manage accounts payable and receivable and reconcile balances regularly.

Prepare monthly financial statements, profit and loss reports, and balance sheets.

Ensure timely GST, TDS, and PF/ESI filing as per statutory guidelines.

Process employee salary sheets, maintain attendance records, and verify payroll data.

Handle bank reconciliation, petty cash management, and expense tracking.

Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

Maintain vendor accounts and ensure timely payment disbursement.

Support management with budget planning, cost analysis, and financial forecasting.

Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter with 2–5 years of accounting experience.

Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.

Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.

Good communication and coordination ability with multiple departments.

Attention to detail, honesty, and confidentiality in handling company finances.
