Greetings From Shiningstars We are hiring dynamic and goal-oriented Sr. Career Counsellors for a leading ED-Tech company The role involves guiding potential learners, understanding their goals, and helping them choose the right online courses through consultative sales. Roles and Responsibilities: Counsel potential learners via phone, email, and in person meetings. Understand their career and educational needs to suggest suitable courses Share detailed course information and answer questions effectively Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversions Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets. Update and maintain accurate lead data in CRM system Eligibility: Candidates must have 6 months to 5 Year of experience in ED-Tech or BFSI Sales, handling high ticket offerings. Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline. Excellent Communications skills in both English and Hindi.
